The Kenya Financial Sector Deepening (FSD Kenya), was established in early 2005 to support the development of financial markets in Kenya as a means to stimulate wealth creation and reduce poverty. Working in partnership with the financial services industry the program'€™s goal is to significantly expand access to services among lower income households and smaller scale enterprises.

FSD Kenya has incepted GrowthCap Project. It seeks to identify and promote real and sustainable innovation in the provision of SME financial products and services.The project will work alongside partner institutions to design and deliver innovative SME-centred products and services.

FSD Kenya is seeking a Skills and Learning Specialist. S/he will be responsible for all training developed and delivered under the GrowthCap Project and strategies for wider dissemination.
FSD Kenya is seeking a Skills and Learning Specialist. S/he will be responsible for all training developed and delivered under the GrowthCap Project and strategies for wider dissemination.
Qualifications:
- First degree or its equivalent professional qualification in Education, Training, Workplace Assessment, or any other related discipline;
- At least 10 years training and workplace experience within a professional environment;
- In depth knowledge and proven experience of leading edge learning techniques including online;
- Curriculum design and materials development experience, covering a wide range of training and interventions;
- Experience of ‘Training of Trainers’ within a professional environment;
- Change management experience, strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrable emotional intelligence.
