Risk Management Officer

OFFER of employment field of activity: Risk Management function: Risk Management Officer our need. Afriland First Group is an international structure present in three continents: Africa, Asia and Europe. In order to meet our needs of expansion, we are looking 10 Risk Management Officers, which will enable us to strengthen the team to control the various risks to which our activities expose us.
Description of the function. The Risk Management Officer role is to protect the company, its employees, clients and shareholders of all sorts of dangers which could jeopardise the attainment of their objectives. The various axes of intervention are the following:-the identification of the risks: the Risk Management Officer must have knowledge to establish the range of threats facing the Organization potentially exposes the nature of its activities, the socio-political context but also the economic and financial environment.
-The quantification of risks: the Risk Management Officer must also possess a skill that can allow it to quantify optimal levels of uncertainty and complexity of each threat. Which will enable the Organization to focus its attention on the most critical threats.
-The prevention of the risks: the Risk Management Officer should also have the knowledge necessary to attract the attention of the Organization on the likely carrier uses of threats. This will allow to anticipate the occurrence of the risks.
-Mitigation of risks: it must be able to propose corrective actions to eliminate or mitigate the dangerous events that have already occurred.
Qualifications. The function of Risk Management Officer is open to persons licensed to the low word of diplomas below:-degree in engineering;
-Master II in economics;
-Master II in mathematics.
-Master II in philosophy.
Personal qualities necessary.
-The Risk Management Officer must demonstrate dynamism, efficiency, pro-activity and work with a perspective geared towards the achievement of the objectives;
-It should be able to flourish by working as a team;
-He will need to show flexibility by being willing to work anywhere in the world.
Prerequisites. Short-listed candidates will be admitted to training for six months to FIRST BUSINESS ACADEMY, the vocational training Centre of Afriland First Group located at the Campus of the University PKFOKAM Institute of Excellence in Yaoundé-Emana. They will have to justify very good results at the end of this training to be permanently retained in the group.
