GFA Consulting Group is seeking an MSME Lending Experts. S/he will provide consultancy to Ukrainian partner institutions with focus on supporting them in implementing a project to expand and establish MSME lending in Ukraine.
GFA Consulting Group is seeking an MSME Lending Experts. S/he will provide consultancy to Ukrainian partner institutions with focus on supporting them in implementing a project to expand and establish MSME lending in Ukraine.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Strategy development;
- MSME product development (e.g. identifying market potentials, design of appropriate loan products, assessing terms and conditions);
- Risk management (especially but not limited to credit risks);
- Operational procedures;
- MSME lending technologies (implementation and adjustment);
- MIS and MSME lending monitoring;
- Quality management;
- Marketing (preparation of promotional materials, developmemt and implementation of marketing activities such as conferences, fairs, SME-roundtables etc.);
- Training for management and staff (lending to SME, risk management, accounting etc.).
Qualifications:
- Advanced University degree in Economics, Finance, Management or similar fields;
- Extensive experience in the financial sector;
- Proven experience in training;
- Proven experience in MSME finance;
- Excellent spoken and written English and Ukrainian.
