About the Job: 
Symbiotics SA is seeking a Private Equity Investment Manger - Africa. S/he will responsible for launching Symbiotics' private equity activities.

Tasks and Responsibilities: 

• Fund raising, in coordination with the investor relations team;
• Pipeline development and due diligence, in coordination with the investment analyst team;
• Deal valuation, negotiation, and structuring, as well as on-going monitoring and value creation on outstanding transactions.

Qualifications: 

• Graduate in Business and Finance;
• More than 10 years of experience in microfinance/SME investments in emerging markets;
• At lease 5 years of on-site management experience in Sub-Saharan Africa;
• At least 5 years of experience in capital markets and investor relations;
• At least 2 years of experience in private equity investments.
