Plant Manager - Nigeria - Cocoa
A leading international company is looking for a Plant Manager to oversee and cocoa factory operations in West Africa.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading international company with very large African operations.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibility will be to oversee production in a state of the art factory that is producing Liquor, Butter and Cake.
Other responsibilities will include
• The management of a very large international workforce.
• Optimization of throughputs processes and yields.
• Providing cost analysis to Managing Director and board, such as, Labour, Power, Maintenance etc.
• Installing quality control procedures including, physicochemical, microbiological and taste.
• Finished product storage, warehousing and transport.
Requirements
• Experience managing a large Cocoa plant.
• Regional experience preferred.
• Must be educated to degree level.
• Must have excellent communication skills
