Our videoconferencing platform is fully based on Polycom technology, with an RMX-4000, RSS-4000, CMA-4000, VBP 5300, MGC-25 and MGC-50 located at our datacentre in Tunis. Meanwhile, all of our 31 Field Offices in Africa and regional office in Tokyo have end points based on HDX-8000. You will undertake in-depth assessment of this platform to identify weaknesses and inconsistencies, prepare solutions to optimise our infrastructure, and actively implement any upgrades. Your remit will span call set up, end user training, troubleshooting and follow-up on escalated incidents, and you will play a central part in major videoconferences and events. Naturally, this will demand expertise in a broad range of technologies, including video data projection systems, computers, microphones, cameras, audio mixers and integrated AV solutions. |

| Qualifications : | Alongside extensive exposure to Polycom equipment, you will bring sound understanding of hybrid networks (VSAT, fibre optic, MPLS), ICE/TURN/STUN/SBC, WAN (SONET, DS3, T1, Ethertnet) and OS and software including JunOS, Cisco IOS, Unix, Linux, Windows, NMS, TACACS+, RADIUS, NetFlow (Cacti) and NAC (802.1x). Equally importantly, you will possess a good command of security procedures, a self-motivated and organised approach and excellent fault resolution skills, gained within a fast-moving corporate environment. Preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s degree in a relevant area. |
