You will effectively deliver high volume administrative support to Claims Management team.Meet required KPIs in performance driven culture to progress through the Claims Management corporate ladder.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Book medical appointments
  • Filing and Documentation Control
  • Photocopying
  • Data Entry
  • Process payments for Employee Reimbursements
  • Composing standard letters
Skills & Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative role
  • Experience in a client service role;
  • Ability to work independently
  • Exceptional phone manner and customer service skills
  • PC Literate – Database & Microsoft Office
  • Time management and organizational skills
