Our client, a reputable estate in the heart of Lagos, requires the services of an Operations Manager.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for coordinating all day-to-day routine operational activities of Dolphin Estate Association.

• Responsible for supervising all activities relating to the cleanliness of the environment

• Routine supervision of all activities relating to the management and maintenance of water and electricity utilities in Dolphin Estate Association.

• Provide back-up assistance to the Estate General Manager as the case may require.

• Provide first line support to all members of Dolphin Estate Association Executive committee.

• Liaise with Estate contractors /workmen that relate to Dolphin Estate Association under the instruction and supervision of the Estate Manger.

Qualifications:
Qualification/Requirements: • Minimum BSC or HND in Mechanical Engineering or any related area of study. • 2-3 years of work experience particularly with bias for operations or field works. • Must possess strong coordination and team leadership abilities. • Must have strong problem solving skills. • Must have good communication (verbal & non-verbal) skill • Must possess strong relationship management skill • Must posses a high quotient for values in transparency, equity, honesty and integrity.
