Your tasks:

• Represent SR Technics Switzerland AG in Ethiopia

• Provide an extension of SR Technics Material Operations Service on-site at the customer premises

• Manage the on-site customer interfaces, ensuring a long term and stable business relationship

• Coordinate the entire material flow and initiate corrective actions as required

• Local execution of the PRM; drive improvements and amendments as required

• coordinate drop shipment activities and manage timely closure of MIIF transactions

• Provide day to day reports and operations analysis based on customer requirements

• Track AOG orders and provide corrective intervention where required

• Handle quarantine issues and drive resolution

• On site liaison with freight forwarders and resolve any local issues

• Perform local stock audits and resolve discrepancies with customer and material operations

• Set up and manage local repair cycle if contractually required

• Processing u/s parts for repair cycle if contractually required

• Manage local SR Technics projects as defined and agreed with the customer

• Provide temporary coverage of other locations as necessary

• Build awareness of the customer's local requirements within SR Technics organization

Qualifications :


Your profile:

• University degree with further education (internship, qualification etc) in Logistics related specialism

• Sound knowledge of SAP and MS Office

• Minimum 3 years experience of working in a customer support role within the aviation industry

• Fluency in spoken and written English is essential; advanced level German and (at least one of) the local native languages would be desirable.

• Team player with experience of working in a multi-cultural environment

• Customer orientated with an open and communicative working style
