The candidate will have a relevant postgraduate qualifications, a Masters degree is preferred. At least 10 years experience in a financial services institution, asset management experience is preferred. Strong business development, sales with an entrepreneurial flair.

Responsibilities:

To build on established relationships and to grow the existing client base through personal networking.
Frequent interactions with prospective clients (Pension Funds and Corporate Clients) to ascertain their investment and product requirements. Determine and define the most suitable product for the prospective clients.
Drive growth by executing sales strategies and building new relationships
Conduct market research / assessments to identify new product areas
Manage the sales teams
Oversee the development of staff, recruit and hire effective individuals
Prepare and continuously maintain a business plan

RequirementsQualification and Skill

A relevant post-graduate qualification
At least 10 years of working experience in the financial services industry, no less than 8 years in a similar role
Swazi citizen preferred
A good command of English and siSwati
Strong sales and business development skills
Previous asset management experience would be beneficial
Willing and able to travel
