About the Job:
LFS' advisory services division is seeking Long-term Training Experts for capacity building projects with participating financial institutions form Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Training and capacity building in the fields of:

• Credit risk management;
• Financial management and governance of commercial banks and MFIs;
• Capacity building of microfinance beneficiaries.

Qualifications:

• At least 7 years work experience in MSME finance, including risk management;
• Extensive training experience;
• Experience in capacity building of microfinance beneficiaries;
• Fluency in English;
• Working experience in East and Central Africa;
• Willingness to work on the ground in the above countries, for a period of up to 3 years;
• Knowledge of Swahili would be an additional asset.
