Senior Bookings Co-Ordinator-London

Procam TV currently recruiting for a London based Senior Bookings Co-Ordinator that has the ability to not only drive themselves to success but also coach junior Bookings Co-Ordinators to success. This position will only suit ambitious and dynamic people that feel they can drive both themselves and the company onto bigger and better things.

Some of the key aspects of the role are:

• Prepare quotations ensuring that all equipment required for hire is included
• Manage 'bookings' in line with customer expectations and current production schedules
• Liaise with internal staff as necessary e.g. obtaining advice on specific equipment
• Prepare paperwork for invoicing, ensuring all costs are accounted for
• Mentor a Junior Bookings Co-Ordinator

You will have at least 2 years experience in a similar role within the television facilities industry, in order to be successful in this role you will need to be both ambitious and tenacious with the ability to provide first class customer service, have excellent attention to detail and a willingness to go that extra mile in order to succeed.

Salary dependant on experience.
