S/he will be in charge of launching organization's private equity activities. Tasks and Responsibilities:  Fund raising, in coordination with the investor relations team; Pipeline development and due diligence, in coordination with the investment analyst team; Deal valuation, negotiation, and structuring; On-going monitoring and value creation on outstanding transactions.
