Project director United Confectioners - Abidjan


Job description

Responsibilities:
  • Organize procurement and logistics activities process
  • Ensure quality products in accordance with the rules of the company;
  • Optimize supply chain and control wastage in the supply chain;
  • Ensure the authenticity of the information provided and compliance with reporting deadlines for the enterprise;
  • Monitor and ensure the return of account receivables;
  • Participate in development plans drafting and implementation (logistics, budget, etc.);
  • Build mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers of cocoa beans;
  • Negotiate with potential contractors for the supply of goods and/ or equipment;
  • Establish contacts with government agencies (signing and maintaining contacts, problem solving, etc.);

Desired Skills and Experience

Requirements:
  • Higher education;
  • Languages: Russian - fluent (mandatory requirement)French - fluent (mandatory requirement), English – any level will be an advantage;
  • Experience in managing a large project (FMCG, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Supply Chain, etc.);
  • Systematic knowledge in the field of HR management: a rigid target setting and monitoring of performance;
  • Willingness to work in compliance with established corporate policies;
  • The ability to achieve results, to assert own ideas;
  • Willingness to work independently and ability to make decisions;
Conditions:
  • Place of work: Abidjan, Cote d'Ivoire;
  • Business trips: 30% - Russia, 70% - the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire;
  • Income level - high, discussed with the successful candidate based on interview results;
