Job Details: Millar Cameron is a recruiting firm that operates by direct approach as well as ads devoted to Africa. Our clients are international and local groups that we work on top positions and middle management. We are looking for an international agro-industrial group, Agronomist to work on the Cote d'Ivoire. Our client is a leader in the International Industry Agri-Food. Key Responsibilities - Conduct recruitment cooperatives producing coffee and ensure close monitoring of indicators of their level of commitment  - Perform recruitment relay farmers and coffee growers and monitor the indicators of field activities - Conduct socio-economic surveys to allow the adaptation of the action of society - Managing Privacy Job Profile - BAC +4 / 5 agronomy with a good knowledge of cocoa and coffee - Knowledge of technical assistance to rural communities for the development of crops. - Fluent in computer skills (MS Office) - processing database. - Excellent communication skills and project management - You have a good knowledge of rural sociology including interactions in rural and participatory methods - You know to plan, organize, coordinate and work effectively as a team - You are autonomous demonstrating rigor and professionalism - You are concerned about the quality and timing of deliverables die despite pressure situations - You are honest, recognized (e) for your discipline  - You communicate well in English, both written and oral.  Workspace: Industrial Complex within a life based in Africa If this position is of interest send me your CV version WORD document: katie@millarcameron.com and two
