METHOD MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (F/M)


Mission

• Deployment of the CMMS tool throughout the Luanda Onshore perimeter from the new TTA2 high‐rise building, and subsequent monitoring to ensure its optimal operation, allowing for COMPANY operator constraints;

• Development of the process for technical and operating services.


1. General point:

- Continuous improvement, implementation of proposals and participation in progress groups;

- Use of the Synergi tool for monitoring HSE action plans;

- Use of the tool for monitoring contractor permits to work;

- Use of the OVERALL TASK REPPORT tool for planning and monitoring curative operations.


2. Technical point:

- Handling of the maintenance engineering and administration of the CMMS database (Kimoce), while complying with the HSEQ rules;

- Technical monitoring, administration and development of the CMMS tool, in particular:

o Monitoring of the implementation and updating of maintenance job instructions and databases;

o Monitoring of the suitability of reports available to users, and proposal of any necessary modifications;

o Utilization of the CMMS results, promotion of measures for technical or organizational progress (monitoring KPIs: valuing of work requests, monitoring delays in implementation, optimizing maintenance costs (analysis equipment maintainability), optimizing stocks, changing the frequency of preventive measures, etc.);

o Monitoring of the assistance to CMMS users (roll‐out of new functions, training of users, etc.);

o Definition of the criteria and methods for managing stocks of maintenance equipment;

o Participation in drawing up budgets for the modification/development of existing infrastructure with a view to reduce maintenance charges;

o Assistance to Service 1 – Contract management in monitoring maintenance contracts.


3. Management point:

- Monitoring of escalation of information within the department;

- Measure of the workload;

- Monitoring of compliance with internal department processes.

Qualifications:
Profile required: • Engineering degree with experience in general building; • Knowledge of the Group’s regulations and Technical Standards; • Standard car driving license; • Proficiency in the use of the relevant computer tools (EXCEL and Word in particular); • Languages: French and Portuguese essential / English desirable; • Experience in “Oil and Gas” (any experience in an industrial project would be appreciate); • Experience in Africa (experience in Angola would be appreciate).
