ACCION USA is a member of the U.S. ACCION Network. About the Job:  ACCION USA is seeking a Bilingual Loan Consultant - Brazilian Portuguese, Boston. S/he will serve as the point of contact for prospective ACCION's primarily Hispanic borrowers. Tasks and Responsibilities:  Identify small business owners who need financing and have them apply for a loan; Assist clients in the preparation of loan applications; Ensure strong loan performance, including on time payments; Identify, initiate, and manage strategic community partnerships that increase quality referrals. Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree preferred; Prior business experience/sales skills preferred; Bilingual - English and Portuguese (Brazilian); Knowledge of small business; Good presentation and Math skills; Knowledge of word and excel; Willingness to work in nights and on weekends, when needed.
