Workforce Transition Lead

To develop and execute the workforce transition strategy to execute MTN’s back office transformation onto the required service delivery platforms with minimal disruption to the business
KPA Duties:
• Develop and execute a structured work force transition (WFT) strategy to enable the Service delivery platforms for MTN Next’s implementation. • Develop a WFT toolkit that takes into consideration MTN’s EVP • Identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns. • Continue to maintain a close engagement with specialists from the HR, training and communication departments to ensure a smooth transition to change and organization-wide successful implementation of change initiatives. • Assess change readiness for transition and go live, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner. • Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans – including communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plan. • Develop the leadership Immersion and OPCO experience toolkits • Support the execution of plans by employee-facing managers and business leaders. • Be an active and visible coach to managers who are change sponsors. • Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization and proficiency of individual changes. • Identify resistance and performance gaps, and work to develop and implement corrective actions
Requirements:
Degree in Human or Business Sciences (Preferably post graduate Hons and Masters level) / Post graduate Diploma in HRD / Organisational Development
Essential: Experience in the managing for organisational transformations. Experience in leading the people side of organisation and workforce transition in across geographies and cultures Human Resource Management / Change and Transformation management / Knowledge management / OD &L / Process Consulting and facilitation management / Business related exposure / Strategic Planning / Learning and Development / Busines
