In order to support this growth, SPIE Oil & Gas Services is always seeking talented individuals to join its teams. We currently have an opportunity within SPIE Oil & Gas Services for a:

CONTRACT MANAGER (F/M)


Your main duties will be:

• Management of contracts in compliance with HSE policy;

• Monitoring of HSE action plans trough the use of the Synergi tool;

• Monitoring of the HSE contractor classification;

• Schedule and monitoring of curative operations trough the use of the Overall Task Report tool;

• Checking of effective application of the contracts, and participation to the committee meetings with suppliers;

• Application of the contractually applicable penalties or incentives;

• Implementation of the necessary progress plans;

• Participation in drafting the technical specifications when the contracts come up for renewal;

• Collaboration with the Contracts & Procurement department: management of contracts in progress, negotiation

• and finding new contractors;

• Collaboration closely with the CMMS service: provision of contractor files per area of activity to CMMS for

• planning purposes;

• Collaboration with the Projects Department: technical assistance for projects (drafting of particular specifications,

• preparing commissioning);

• Assistance to Maintenance Supervisors through training courses on new contracts and on management methods in

• the field;

• Participation in validation of quotes from Maintenance Supervisors;

• Monitoring of contracts budget.

Qualifications:
Profile required: • Technical training level: 2 years’ higher education with experience in property maintenance; • 10 years of experience in maintenance of building assets; • Proficiency in the use of the relevant computer tools; • Standard car driving license • Languages: Portuguese essential / French and English desirable.
