About the role:
You will effectively deliver high volume administrative support to Claims Management team.Meet required KPIs in performance driven culture to progress through the Claims Management corporate ladder.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Book medical appointments
- Filing and Documentation Control
- Photocopying
- Data Entry
- Process payments for Employee Reimbursements
- Composing standard letters
Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative role
- Experience in a client service role;
- Ability to work independently
- Exceptional phone manner and customer service skills
- PC Literate – Database & Microsoft Office
- Time management and organizational skills
