MAINTENANCE & OPERATING ENGINEER (F/M)


Mission:

• Implementation of the preventative maintenance policy and incorporation of components in the Maintenance service policy;

• Supervision of optimal equipment availability;

• Optimal safety and security for property and people;

• Compliance with the regulations;

• Maintenance of the COMPANY’s image on sites;

• Elaboration and implementation of operations manuals.


Activities:

- Draw up of a technical specification in accordance with the schedule for preventative and curative maintenance, including the following technical areas among others:

o Waste water treatment

o Plumbing

o Fire protection

o Extraction

o Air conditioning

o Ventilation

o Electricity

o Electrical generator

o Lifts

o Audio‐video

- Writing of scheduled maintenance plans and job instructions for each trade and piece of equipment;

- Consolidation of the service’s know‐how by writing the operating procedure or technical specifications;

- Maintenance plans and Technical Maintenance Files update;

- Project management for generic items / consideration of what has been done by discipline actors in the service (job instructions, plans, etc.) and for each specific topic (auditorium, water treatment, etc.) of the COMPANY;

- Participate in drawing up CMMS studies for TTA 1 and 2, and subsequently for other assets;

- Monitoring and management of compliance with maintenance contracts for site operations;

- Incorporation of administrative rules, regulatory constraints and standards into the COMPANY’s Health, Safety, Environment Quality (HSEQ) charter.

Qualifications:
Profile required: • Technical diploma and/or training in Engineering for any trade; • Standard car driving license; • Proficiency in the use of the relevant computer tools (EXCEL and Word in particular); • Languages: French and Portuguese essential / English desirable.
