CHIEF ACCOUNTANT

We are looking for a business enterprise of the place, a Chief Accountant with the following missions: 
- Supervise, organize and coordinate the administrative, accounting, HR and financial (supervision of general and cost accounting) 
- Collecting information from officials operational 
- Structuring data representing the operation of the company in this case balance sheets, income statements and dashboards 
- Establish matrices "SWOT". This matrix highlights the strengths and weaknesses of the company on the one hand and the opportunities and threats to which special attention should be granted, 
- Attracting the attention of management and advise on short-term forecasts , 
- Formulate proposals on strategies to medium, short and long term (investment financing proposals) 
- Perform Mischief such as searching and negotiating financial resources 
- Oversee resolution of customer invoices 
- Develop and improve procedures, define the conditions for administrative and financial monitoring and implementing dashboards from business strategies and accounting information 
- Prepare budgets, monitor their implementation, interpret the differences and make account management, 
- Leading financial and cost accounting, and to ensure deadlines 
- Manage administrative and accounting aspects of staff 
- Supervise cash and bank relations, 
- Negotiate with external partners on behalf of management (customers, suppliers, government agencies, accountants ...)
