Finance Director - Tanzania

A leading international agricultural company is looking a Finance Director to be based on their plantation in Tanzanian.

 

The company is a rapidly expanding agricultural development company with over 5000 ha of plant crops.

 

Responsibilities

• Direct, plan, organise and implement overall procedures for financial reporting

• Ensure resources are available and focused on proper administration of tax compliance

• Provide a basis for budget preparations

• Co-ordinate financial control functions with operational personnel

 

Requirements    

• At least 5 years accounting experience

• CPA or CA is a requirement

• Fluent English.  

• Experience of working on a large commercial farm or plantation would be advantageous

 

Package

• Between £60,000 and £80,000 per annum (taxfree)

• Very attractive bonus.
