About the Job:
VFI is seeking a Fundraising Content Specialist. S/he will create, develop, and monitor fundraising proposals and offers. S/he will also develop donor resources and timely reports and provide support to key relationship fundraisers from across the World Vision partnership.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Proposals and offer development:
- Source, create, and develop highly engaging and fundable offers based on MFI strategic priorities and business plans. These should be applicable for donors in or outside support office fundraising programs;
- High quality funding proposals suitable for major donors that are on brand, on mission, and on plan.
- Report writing and management:
- Establish and maintain regular donor reporting mechanisms within VisionFund MFIs;
- Working with MFI communicators, create inspiring and impactful reports for donors within or outside of support office fundraising programs;
- High quality donor reports that demonstrate impact, inspire confidence, and encourage additional giving.
- Source and/or create monthly touch points for key relationship executives based within and outside of support office fundraising programs;
- Create ad hoc donor or prospect offers that stay true to brand and show delivered impact, as required from time to time;
- Provide advice and support on creating stimulating donor specific offers, for fundraisers within support offices.
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communications;
- Strong creative ability to inspire and move through written communications;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Financially numerate and comfortable with budgets;
- Experience providing coordination and support in a fundraising, development or corporate sales environment.;
- Diplomat,able to push against more senior staff to ensure fundraising offers are deliverable and measurable, and on plan;
- Some travel will be required to build relationships and credibility at the MFI network level.
