HR Manager - Africa

Job Details:
We are representing one of the world’s leading support services company.
 
They are currently looking for a HR and Communication Manager to assure the successful implementation of their business mission through the guidance of all technical matters. 
 
You core responsibilities will include: 
 
Ensure implementation of Company policies and standardized processes within the Company facility
Facilitate issue resolution between employees and managers, as required 
Coordinate staffing activities (including recruiting, selections, and placement) for the location 
Ensure that Affirmative Action plans are in place and implemented
Deploy strategies and programs as designed by the Company 
Coordinate and facilitate internal communications between around the various teams in the region
 
 
Experience required:
 
5 to 10 years’ experience in a similar position
Fluent in French and English
Bac +5 or similar in HR or Law
3 years international experience (preferably in West or Southern Africa)
Excellent communication skills
Experience in conflict resolutions at various levels
 
 
This position will involve a lot of travelling throughout the various sites in North and West Africa.
