Our client is looking for a self-driven and dynamic Freelance Writer; with at least 3-6 years experience. The candidate will help communicate Microeconomic policies and decisions, with the aim of helping non-economists understand the impact of monetary decisions made and/or why they are made etc. He/she must be a good writer focused on Business, Economics or Financial content. Most likely the person is a freelance writer and the work can be done on a retainer basis. The nationality of the candidate is not important as the candidate is allowed to work offline. He/she will write stories about the economy, the stock market, corporations and other topics. Information will be provided to candidate; he/she is expected to do a bit more research and then write up the communication brief/ articles/ etc. The candidate will have to visit Nigeria (specifically Abuja and Lagos) but will not have to reside here.
Qualifications:
Educational Qualifications: • A flair for writing • Excellent command of the English Language. Other language an advantage • Ability to exercise individual judgment, and work well under pressure to meet deadline • Possess good analytical skill, initiative and resourcefulness • Be prepared to work irregular hours and weekends Attractive Remuneration.
