Recruitment of an HR & ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK

Work place: Lome,Togo; Douala,Cameroon; Nairobi,Kenya; No. of hiring: 5 Broad Function: Optimize human resources of company, carry out daily administration work. Key Responsibility: Recruit staff according to HR standard; Post recruit advertisements, collect candidates’ CVs, interview and inform the results according to requirements; Carry out daily administrative work and office management; File documents according to requirement; Coordinate marketing events; Other work from superiors. Qualifications & Experience: Tertiary education and major in HR or applied psychology are preferred; Fluent English & French is necessary; At least 3 years working experience in HR, or more than two years recruiter experience; Familiar with the culture of neighbouring countries, good team player and good communication skills. Good computer skills, especially MS Office applications; Aged from 25 to 35.
