PSI seeks a Finance Manager to support the implementation of an HIV/AIDS program under an anticipated $18 million USAID-funded project for HIV/AIDS prevention in Cameroon primarily targeting Most At Risk Populations (MARPs). This position will be based in Yaoundé, Cameroon and will report to the Chief of Party.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the Chief of Party with overall project financial planning, annual financial planning, and finance management, reporting and agreement compliance.
Oversee the financial management and accountability requirements of the project.
Ensure that all financial management is handled according to USAID rules and regulations and that records are kept and financial reports submitted in a timely manner
Compile, review, and prepare financial reports required by USAID and PSI/Washington.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Masters degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field required
At least 10 years experience in successful financial management of international projects
Understanding of rules and regulations related to USAID project funding and reporting requirements
Demonstrated skills in financial oversight of USAID funded projects
Well organized, strong attention to detail, and ability to multitask
Fluency in English and French is required.
