Candidates for this post should have the following skills: 
- Good experience in the design, evaluation and waste management 
- Have experience of at least five (05) years in this field 
- Be available, loyal and committed; 
- Be able to work under pressure 
- computer literate; 
- Being of English expression (Knowledge of French would be an asset) 
- Have a "B" license; 
- Be at least 30 years
