Job description

During the first year of the project (mainly during the design phase) the Contracts Manager will be responsible for all EPC off shore activities, monitor and supervise the Owner's Engineer and manage the OE contract.
- Act as facilitator/moderator on the O&M design review.
- Assist the Project Director in managing the EPC contract
- Supervise and manage the Contractor and Owner's Engineer off shore activities (relating to engineering, procurement, manufacturing, transport)
- Manage the OE contract with the Project Director, particularly with regard to work outside the lump sum, such as manufacturing inspections and proposing corresponding Task Orders for the approval of the Project Director
- Monitor the O&M participation in the design review
- Analyse, filter and negotiate the O&M requirements, particularly with regard to any changes to the EPC contract

Who we are looking for

Educated to degreee level and may be qualified in Project Management, Law, Business administration or Engineering.
A minimum of 10 years experience of contract management in construction/contracts / CCGT environment.

Fluent in French & English.
