responsible for all aspects of the implementation of FreeBalance Government Accountability Software, in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and standards, accounting policies and government ladder and best practices, comprehensive knowledge products, and applying technology to government business operations. It is essential for this position to transfer knowledge and skills to government staff, to ensure the building with the capacities, and in helping the organization to government use of best management practices change in the transition to new process and financial management software. Acting as a subject matter expert, the consultant will provide functional support to other areas within FreeBalance as inputs to product improvements and preparation of bids. If Responsibilities: Reporting to the Vice President Operations, the Functional Consultant will be responsible for the following:  Provide the expertise and knowledge, dexpertise in several functional areas, with practical experience of the products / solutions FreeBalance  Manage customer expectations and defend the values ​​of FreeBalance  Review and assemble government legislation related to the financial management system, the requirements related to the policies, operations, and reports , which are all necessary elements of exam and business re-engineering  To review business needs with the client and prepare needs analysis and system design / configuration related functions required public accounting  Configure and submit the software / FreeBalance solution to the client, indicating the correlation between the process technology  Develop test plans and perform testing dacceptation dacceptation software / system configures FreeBalance with the client develop training materials and deliver the product and training required for users, including the course "Training of trainers" to meet customer needs  Knowledge transfer to client's project management, change management and correct the use of products / FreeBalance solutions as superuser  Manage day-to-day operational aspects related to the project and the scope of the project, including the project schedule, the WBS tasks and submission of quality deliverables  Having expertise in public financial administration and more specifically: development, monitoring and budget execution, public accounting / financial Contrle, human resources management in the public domain, taxation, investment and public procurement.  Use effective leadership skills to complete all stages of the project, from conception until lachèvement  Ability to work effectively in projects in a déquipe environment and independently  Communicate with product managers, on operational issues and future requirements of the product, based on feedback from customers  Communicate progress of all activities and deliverables to Project  Work with the project manager and implementation team to achieve all the objectives , on time and within budget  Ability to travel abroad and locally, if required, and for long periods Education and Experience:  minimum university a Degree in Accounting or related field such as trade, business administration , public finance management, with at least 15 years of professional experience  Accounting Designation and work experience with a national accounting firm, medium or large, an asset  Strong understanding of processes and procedures, particularly in the public sector  Demonstrated experience in the implementation and deployment of applications software, collecting and documenting customer requirements, in particular for the development and implementation of applications software danalyse  Excellent capacity and proven ability to identify and solve problems  Experience with ERP systems  Experience working with clients, resulting in a positive and ongoing relationship  professional behavior with clients and colleagues  Demonstrated ability to provide training programs efficacies will be considered an asset  The successful candidate must be willing to travel and MUST read, write and speak fluent French and
