Sales Manager - Flavouring - Cameroon

Job Details: A successful Flavouring company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to be based in Cameroon, to grow the business and increase the sales potential in the region.

The role of Sales Manager will involve:
·         Grow business with designated accounts by managing top and bottom lines
·         Cultivate productive relationships with key decision makers and senior influential leaders
·         Ensure the company is well-positioned to participate in targeted briefs
·         Develop thorough understanding of customer potential
·         Develop/review/monitor strategic Account and Category Plans, sales forecasts, and budget for key accounts
·         Present Account Plans to Creative Flavour Management, Marketing, Consumer Research, Applications and Technology
·         Drive internal efforts to achieve Account Plans, collaborating with Creative Flavour Management, Marketing,
·         Consumer Research, Applications and Technology
·         Attract new business and defend existing business
·         Follow-up on customer submissions and manage wins to production and launch
·         Follow KPIs versus targets and take corrective actions if necessary
·         Lead negotiation of pricing agreements in accordance with company guidelines
·         Manage and resolve customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution

The ideal Sales Manager will have:
·         Bachelors Degree in Business or Food Technology
·         Relevent sales experience in the West African region
·         English fluency
·         French fluency
·         Experience in the flavours, fragrances or ingredients market
·         An impressive ability to form and build relationships
