About the Organization: 
BlueOrchard is a Swiss-based company specializing in the management of microfinance investment products. Its mission is "to empower the poor worldwide and improve their quality of life by promoting income-generating activities through private investments in microfinance." It develops and manages financial products and services that invest in MFIs who support millions of promising small enterprises in low-income regions worldwide.
About the Job: 
BlueOrchard is seeking a Office Manager. S/he will perform office administration and provide support to investment officers (IOs) in their work with the clients and investors.
Tasks and Responsibilities: 
  • Office administration;
  • Analytical support;
  • Logistics and event planning;
  • Communications management;
  • Cash management and record keeping of expenses.
Qualifications: 
  • Good internet skills, experience in information research highly desired;
  • Technologically literate with excellent word processing and data management skills, full familiarity and experience with commonly used Microsoft Office programs;
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel an advantage;
  • Good organizational and record keeping skills, attention to detail is critical;
  • Result-driven, ability to work in a fast paced and fluid environment;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Georgian and English;
  • Ability to closely follow directions and work independently;
  • Previous experience in office management and administration.
