Job Details:
We are representing one of the world’s leading support services company.
They are currently looking for a HR and Communication Manager to assure the successful implementation of their business mission through the guidance of all technical matters.
You core responsibilities will include:
• Ensure implementation of Company policies and standardized processes within the Company facility
• Facilitate issue resolution between employees and managers, as required
• Coordinate staffing activities (including recruiting, selections, and placement) for the location
• Ensure that Affirmative Action plans are in place and implemented
• Deploy strategies and programs as designed by the Company
• Coordinate and facilitate internal communications between around the various teams in the region
Experience required:
• 5 to 10 years’ experience in a similar position
• Fluent in French and English
• Bac +5 or similar in HR or Law
• 3 years international experience (preferably in West or Southern Africa)
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in conflict resolutions at various levels
This position will involve a lot of travelling throughout the various sites in North and West Africa.
